Refund Policy

1. After 15 days from date of purchase you can not claim money back.
2. Different names: If name of candidate is different than the name of the account holder.
3. Different emails: If email of candidate is different than the email used for payment processor (e.g. Stripe, PayPal).
4. Wrong purchase. AAKonnect Limited will not entertain any claims once the incorrect product is purchased.
5. Expired order(s). You can not claim money back.
